Use one event date
For a one-day rental, select the same date as both the start and end date so multi-day pricing is not added.
Measure the setup area
Compare the product dimensions with your clear, level space and tell us about the surface, gates, stairs, and slopes.
Confirm power and water
Confirm reliable electricity within 75 feet of the event space; a generator is required otherwise. Wet rentals also need suitable water access and a hose that reaches the setup area.

When do you deliver?
Most deliveries arrive between 8 and 11 a.m. on the event morning. We do our best to accommodate requested timing and confirm the schedule for each reservation.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is typically accepted by cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the morning of the event. Any different arrangement is confirmed directly with you.
What happens if weather is unsafe?
We do not deliver or set up in rain, heavy winds, or other unsafe conditions. We normally communicate the day before and again that morning when weather may be an issue, and rescheduling is available when cancellation is necessary.
How are delivery fees calculated?
We calculate the four driving legs needed for delivery and retrieval from Riverside/East Providence, round the total drive time up to the next hour, and multiply by $30 per hour. Rhode Island state-park rentals have a separate $75 fee that includes delivery, setup, and required DEM insurance.
