Book correctly in four quick steps

These steps prevent the pricing and scheduling problems customers have encountered in the past.

Use one event date

For a one-day rental, choose the same date as both the start and end date. Two different dates can create multi-day pricing.

Choose available equipment

The catalog filters availability using your selected dates. Add your preferred unit and any helpful extras.

Enter complete site details

Include the event address, hours, setup surface, available space, reliable electricity within 75 feet, access restrictions, and any requested delivery or pickup time. Someone must be present for delivery unless arranged with us in advance.

Complete checkout to reserve

Checkout reserves the selected equipment. Our standard arrangement is payment by cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the event morning rather than online prepayment.

Before submitting your reservation

Check the totalIf the price looks too high, confirm that the start and end dates are the same for a one-day rental.
Confirm powerConfirm a reliable electricity source within 75 feet of the event space. A generator is required if one is not available.
Measure the spaceProvide usable dimensions and whether the surface is flat grass or a hard, level area.
Protect the setup areaFlag gates, stairs, sprinklers, irrigation, hose connections, and venue restrictions before delivery.
Watch for confirmationMake sure your contact information is correct and look for our order, timing, and weather confirmation.
Confirm changes directlyA cancellation or change is complete when our team confirms it with you—not when a request is first sent.

Booking a Rhode Island state park?

The $75 state-park fee includes delivery, drop-off, setup, and the mandatory DEM insurance required for us to remain an approved vendor. Include the park, reserved site number, event hours, and whether you will provide your own generator. A generator is required for every state-park rental unless the customer provides one.
