Rental Policies & Safety

A clear guide to delivery, payment, weather, site preparation and safe use. We confirm the details that apply to your event before your reservation is finalized.

Fastest way to avoid booking problems: choose your event date, review the listed dimensions, and tell us the complete event address, surface, available space, gate access, power and water details during checkout.

Reservation & confirmation

Online checkout sends us your event details and requested items. Availability, delivery eligibility, final pricing and any site requirements are confirmed for each reservation. Someone must be present for delivery unless we agree to another arrangement in advance. Contact us promptly if any event detail changes.

Payment

We typically accept cash, Venmo or Zelle on the morning of the event. If you need another payment arrangement, ask us in advance and use the method confirmed for your reservation.

Delivery & setup

We typically deliver between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. on the morning of the event. We do our best to accommodate requested drop-off and pickup times, but routing, venue rules, weather and event schedules can affect timing.

Pickup timing

We typically pick up around sundown or shortly afterward. If you need a specific pickup time, tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate it. State-park rentals must also follow park operating rules.

Delivery fees

Delivery is quoted from our Riverside, East Providence storage location. We estimate all four driving legs required for delivery and retrieval, round the total driving time up to the next hour, and multiply it by $30 per hour. We confirm the final delivery fee for your address.

Rhode Island state parks

A $75 state-park fee includes delivery, setup and the mandatory insurance required by DEM for approved vendors. Customers are responsible for reserving the site and confirming its rules and operating hours. State-park rentals require a generator unless the customer provides one.

Weather decisions

Safety comes first. We do not deliver or set up in rain, heavy winds or other unsafe weather. If conditions may be a concern, we typically confirm with you the day before and again on the morning of the event. When cancellation is necessary, we can arrange a rescheduled date.

Site access & utilities

  • Provide a clear, level setup area with the required unit clearance.
  • Tell us about fences, narrow gates, stairs, slopes, septic systems, sprinklers and underground utilities.
  • Confirm the surface type and whether stakes are permitted.
  • Provide a reliable electricity source within 75 feet of the event space. A generator is required when reliable electricity is not available within 75 feet.
  • Provide water access for wet rentals.

Adult supervision & safe use

  • A responsible adult must supervise the rental whenever it is in use.
  • Follow the posted unit rules and crew instructions.
  • No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, face paint or silly string on inflatables.
  • Stop use immediately if weather, power or equipment conditions become unsafe.

Care of equipment & property

Do not move, alter, unplug or deflate equipment unless instructed by All-Star. Keep pets, grills and open flames away. Report any damage, equipment issue or property concern immediately so we can help.

Changes & cancellations

Call or text as soon as possible if your date, location, timing or selected equipment changes. Rescheduling, cancellation and payment details are confirmed for the specific reservation and situation.
