Does delivery and setup come with the rental?
Our team handles delivery and professional setup. Distance-based delivery fees and location-specific charges are confirmed for your event address.
When will the bounce house arrive?
Delivery is typically between 8 and 11 a.m. on the event morning. We do our best to accommodate specific requests and confirm the schedule for each reservation.
What happens if the weather becomes unsafe?
We do not deliver or set up in rain, heavy winds, or other unsafe conditions. When cancellation is necessary, a rescheduled date can be arranged.

All-Star serves communities across Rhode Island, southeastern Massachusetts, and select eastern Connecticut locations. Delivery pricing is based on the total driving time required from Riverside/East Providence. Rhode Island state-park rentals have a $75 fee that includes delivery, setup, and the insurance required by DEM.
